The Conference participants must pay the registration fee and at least one author per paper must attend. Conference registration fee varies from 400 GBP to 2050 GBP depending on the choice of events or package by the delegates and this includes hot Buffet lunch and arrival, morning break and afternoon mouth-watering food and tea/coffee for 3 days, conference dinner, in addition to conference accessories. There is no special package available. The conference fee must be received by the registration deadline to assure conference participation. Moreover, you will have to give a list of all attendants accompanying you. Nevertheless, please note that obtaining a visa is the participant's own responsibility. Please contact us in advance if the conference fee will be late so that we can plan for your attendance.
Please note that the obligation publication fees are independent from the registration fees.
